I personally cannot forget that memorable moment when for the first time I read the engraved wordings titled MANHOOD *), an excerpt fully derived from the quotes from the late Mr. Theodore Roosevelt, who was a former U.S. President, on the background wall in the Main Entrance of the Lobby Hall of American Museum of Natural History in New York City, NY, USA, in the year 2000. It touch deeply and greatly motivate my heart and mind; and ever since has caused a burning desire to bring the BaumaGroup into an unprecedented higher level into the future. In particular, a desire to see the fulfillment of THE PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE **), the cause of our BaumaGroup's Vision and Mission.

With the passing of the much respected and genius, the late Mr. Steve Jobs (who was the former CEO of Apple Inc.), the world have lost one of the greatest visionary leader of our time. By words and then by actions, he has shown us all to dig deep within us and boldly do the thing we really love, without reservation. He has impacted and inspire us to "think different" ***) and to believe again, and somewhere along, he has helped us rediscovered back, ourselves. We thank him for his greatest gift that is to encourage all of us "to have the courage to follow our heart and intuition" and to do it whole heartedly.****)
